Notes issued during WW2 in the Czech Republic military fortress of Terzin (also known as Theresienstadt) which was turned into a Nazi Concentration camp also know as a Jewish Ghetto.
150,000 Czech Jews were sent there, 30,000 died in the Ghetto itself, 80,000 were moved on to Auschwitz.
In truth the notes were worthless & were part of the propaganda presented to the Red Cross committee.
The reverse depicts Moses holding the Ten Commandments of which Thou shall not murder is covered up
