Comment: It doesnt matter! At that time it was an soviet republic part of the soviet union. When I post something I always take into consideration what and where it was at that time when it was issued and not what it is today. Also Bukharan territory it is today only ...partialy part of Uzbekistan, most of it indeed but a good part is also part of Turkmenistan.
