Obverse:  Apolinario Mabini (July 23, 1864 – May 13, 1903) was a Filipino revolutionary leader, educator, lawyer, and statesman who served first as a legal and constitutional adviser to the Revolutionary Government, and then as the first Prime Minister of the Philippines, at left.  ANG BAGONG LIPUNAN and guilloche overprint, and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas seal.  Heading at top in single outline, left and right ends completely filled in without white paper showing at sides.
