Notice that the PNB (Philippine National Bank) issue all say that the PNB WILL PAY THE BEARER ON DEMAND..wheras the Emergency Currency Board, which issued Most of the occupational emergency notes says...that the Commonwealth Government Of The Philippines will REDEEM this certificate at face value upon termination of the emergency...YEA...RIGHT!!!
