This is an unlisted note(it does not appear in the Krause Paper Money catalog,2nd edition).It is a a Hundi note and it comes from India.The issuing year is around/close to 1880,value is: 3 rupees,grade: very fine.I have heard that it is a very rare note and that only few people has it in their collection!
